INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE


SEMS Technologies, LLC, the recognized industry leader with more than 25,000 drinking and waste water services utilizing our Emergency and Environmental Compliance Management software, seeks an energetic, aggressive B2B telesales professional.

The SEMS Software Suite is the total compliance resource for drinking water and waste water utilities. Our Environmental, Security and BackOffice tools provide the ability to easily meet regulatory requirements and help manage administrative operations.

The Inside Sales Representative will proactively contact utility managers and operators by phone and demonstrate the system benefits using web-based presentation tools. They will also respond to prospect leads as well as make outgoing calls. The position offers excellent income and advancement potential, a professional work environment and the opportunity to be a key player on the SEMS team.

The qualified candidate will have:

• At least one year of quota carrying sales experience and track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to find opportunities and sell solutions via telephone.
• An ability to effectively manage and close prospects in a multiple-call sales process.
• Able to thrive in a small company environment – moves quickly, thinks strategically and is good at tactical execution.
• An ability to work consistently towards a goal, overcome obstacles and ask for the order.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Internet and CRM applications
• Prior software, online, or business technology sales background is a plus.

The position is located in the Suwanee/Johns Creak area and involves minimal travel. The position offers a competitive salary, commission and benefits package.
